The finest Piñon firewood in Utah was delivered and stacked at my home. This is the densest, heavy Pinon firewood that I have come across in years. It has that great grey lizard skin bark. Park City real estate sales for 2014 surged during the final quarter of the year and ended just shy of 2013 total sales. Real Estate sales for the fourth quarter 2014 in the greater Park City area were up more than 20% versus the same quarter in 2013 nearly erasing the declines from the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Many people have attributed the change to “the Vail Effect” after the announcement of Vail’s purchase of Park City Mountain Resort in September of 2013. Snyder's Mill  is part of the larger  Silver Springs community in Park City and remains one of the most popular subdivisions in town for  primary homeowners.  Most homes here range from  around  $550,000 to the upper six figures with an occasionl  home over $1  million.
