The Powderwood condominiums in Park City are located just to the west of Kimball Junction and are one of the least expensive options for homeowners in Park City. They were largely built in 1984 with two additional buildings added in 1991.  I bought one of those condos when they went on sale in 1991 and owned it until 2005 using it as both a second home and rental property. Some of the amenities include a large outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, clubhouse with exercise room and large living areas as well as tennis courts. Jessica Jerome has quickly become a portrait of a winner since she won the first American spot in the women’s in the women’s ski jumping competition, held on Sunday, December 29. The competition was held at the Olympic Park in Jessica’s home town—Park City. The locals are ecstatic about the news, and Jessica’s parents are pretty happy too. The Tanger Outlet Stores in Park City are located near the intersection of Interstate 80 and Highway 224 at the front entrance into town.  This outdoor outlet mall was constructed in the late 1980's with an addition in the back which added more stores about ten years ago This outlet mall has been very successful with any vacancies typically being picked up by another store in a reasonably short period of time.  There are currently over 90 stores in the Tanger Outlets including Nike, Gap, Guess, Mrs. Fields and Kay Jewelers among many others. The Canyon Creek Club is a townhome development located at the Kimball Junction area of Park City.  Townhomes at Canyon Creek range from one bedroom models at 642 square feet to two and three bedroom models at 1,275 square feet.
