The Payday Condominiums are located between the Park City Municipal Golf Course and Three Kings Drive, just opposite the new Silver Star development on the other side of Three Kings Drive. These condos were not designed as ski-in/ski-out condominiums but the ski access has improved with the completion of the Silver Star base area and Silver Star lift.  Adventurous owners can now walk to the Silver Star lift and for those who want to catch the free city bus to the main resort area 5 minutes away, that is always an option as well. Old Town Park City encompasses an area spanning the old miners homes above Main Street through the town itself and just past Park City Mountain Resort to the northwest.  Many of the homes and condos here have either direct ski access or are a short walk to the Town Lift and from many locations here there is little need for a car, especially with the free city bus coming by every 5 minutes or so, providing access to just about anywhere in the Greater Park City area.
