I am showing some property in Jeremy Ranch today and I thought this would be a good time to sharpen my sword a bit on Jeremy Ranch real estate. Jeremy Ranch is located about 15-20 minutes from Park City itself as well as being a quick 20 minute drive into the Salt Lake Valley.  Due to this close distance to Salt Lake City it does serve as a bedroom community for many who work in Salt Lake but prefer to live in the mountains as opposed to the valley. Last week I did a report on homes in Jeremy Ranch under $1 million dollars.  The nice thing about Park City is that if you don't like the wide open spaces that Jeremy Ranch offers, all it takes is a quick 2 minute trip across the highway and you are in Pinebrook. Pinebrook did not get it's name by accident.  As opposed to the south facing slopes where Jeremy Ranch is located, Pinebrook consists mainly of north facing home sites surrounded by aspen and towering pines.  A true alpine environment.
