As I was driving on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) I noticed a bunch of tires painted white on the side of the road. It caught my attention. Had to drive a bit slower since my clients were following me.Well, here was the second picture and it saddened me and I kept snapping pictures but you get the message. Keep in mind this part of Malibu is very heavily traveled by tourists. I suspect the that the deaths are not tourist related rather people who should not be walking across PCH at certain times of the night or day. I also suspect that some of the deaths were caused by people racing cars on PCH because they could....  Wishing you a safe and healthy life and I look forward to your comments. While listening to K-Love radio recently, one of the DJs named Carlos spoke about people walking through the museum of our lives. If a museum was made of your life, and you got no say in what was included, what would be included? On September 5, 2024, Realtor.com reported the active listing inventory of homes in the Midwest jumped 23.1% in August of 2024 from August of 2023; while new listed homes lower 4.7% in August of 2024 from August of 2023. The median list price of a home unchanged 0.0% in August of 2024 from August of 2023, and houses stayed 3 days more in the market in August of 2024, from August of 2023 in the Midwest.The active listing inventory of homes in the Northeast rose 13.9% in August of 2024 from August of 2023; while new listed homes down 1.5% in August of 2024 from August of 2023. The grass, trees, and leaves are still green but change is coming. My feature photo was taken at the red stoplight on Fairway Drive waiting to turn to go across the Grapevine Lake bridge and dam. In the distant dark thunderstorms Flower Mound skies a storm was in plain view. It wasn't raining in Grapevine. Not yet... By the time I got to Flower Mound it was raining. The big, long yellow school bus was driving kids home from school. The bus was waiting for the traffic light to change. I was already at the Title Company. On September 5, 2024, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median list price of a home was $429,990 in August of 2024, declined 1.3% from August of 2023.There were 669,173 listed inventory of homes in August of 2024, jumped 35.8% from August of 2023. Real Estate Sales-Avoiding Poor Eating/Drinking HabitsWith the not so predictable hours and high stress, real estate practice can fuel some destructive eating and drinking habits. When I started in the business lunch was whatever fast food line  was shortest. Then a coffee (or 4) as the sun danced across the sky. What did this get me? About 25 lbs my first year in the business. Let's look at some ways to manage your eating/drinking habits...Eating/ Drinking Better1) Follow a schedule--We  can't control our appointments, but we can control when we grab a meal.
