Sun Peak is located between the Canyons Ski Resort and the Utah Olympic Park.  It is a community of single family homes ranging from the more modest homes of Willow Draw Cottages in the lower part of Sun Peak to larger estate style homes in subdivisions such as Cedar Draw Estates, Mahogany Hills, Enclave At Sun Canyon and The Cove At Sun Peak. Willow Draw Cottages in Park City are located near the bottom of the Sun Peak area adjacent to the Canyons Ski Resort with some homes backing up to the new Canyons golf course. These homes are generally modest in size, but there are a few that range well over 3,000 square feet in size. Though there are quite a few of these homes that have been built, they are highly desirable due to their relative affordability and location and thus rarely come on to the market.  When they do you have to be quick, especially in a market like this one right now which is starting to heat up fast.
