Before Things Go Boom 🧨 Emotions can ratchet high in business. How do you handle an irrational person who blows up in a real estate setting because they're not getting the results they want or suddenly feel the need to control?  Remaining calm is first and foremost without engaging the hot-headed individual. You can empathize and say, "I understand your frustrations." Take a break, then get back on track to the reason for the meeting.  When someone starts yelling, they have ran out of talking points and their position is over because unstable people fail to get good results.
