Sometimes it astounds me, the type of homes I'm able to sell in Sacramento. This listing was one of those homes that would appeal primarily to artistic types of people, and not the general public. The sellers poured cement counters, very edgy, and employed a friend to create a giant star on the floor in the entry way. Yet, it featured obvious benefits that were most likely a trade-off.A super big yard. A detached two-car garage. An open floor plan with wood floors. So pretty that I sold it twice. First to a buyer who should not purchase an older home. Second to the buyer who deserves it.
