Yesterday, after a long early morning swim, I came home and did a little gardening too.  Visions of what's for lunch began to materialize.  Choices are sometimes difficult. However, I'm learning at my age, choices aren't always necessary, if everything is available. The testament is in the photo below.  It's brunch I prepared from ALL choices taking occupancy in my head. They include a few slices of Roasted Chicken Breast, Jasmine Rice, Madras Lentils, and Fresh Asparagus. I topped with Fresh Broiled Bruschetta made with cherry tomatoes from my garden, garlic, feta cheese, a little olive oil, fresh basil, salt and pepper. They started a program in 2007 called The Gift of Groceries.
