I bought the kids an Electric Train.  But I think the funnest thing we did was take the kids to the movies Christmas morning to catch Star Wars.  We have 4 kids at home and a trip to the movies is an expensive outing.  Christmas Morning tickets were about $5.00.  That made it a discount and for once my kids did not have to wait for it to hit Red Box.
