My focus is on reducing risk while you are either looking for your perfect property or trying to sell for the highest price. You only pay a nominal admin fee; I get paid a referral fee by the agent to whom you agree to refer yourself through me. You continue to enjoy my consulting services until the transaction closes. It’s like having two agents for the price of one and buyers typically don’t even pay a real estate commission fee, the seller does. Masters - Harvard Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, with credits from Harvard Law School

BA - Stony Brook University, Phi Beta Kappa

Completed Management Training Program at major Money Center Bank in New York City in international and domestic credit; engaged in Wholesale and Correspondent Banking in International Division. Worked in documentation unit and on Hong Kong/China/Macau Desk; was stationed at Hong Kong branch.

Managed bank relationships in Europe, then also Middle East, Asia and Africa out of New York office of West Coast bank; transitioned to Investment Banking, working on debt placement. Managed sales desk while pioneering trading in bank debt. Gained Capital Markets/Bonds experience at Smith Barney; participated in explosive leveraged buyout market while arranging billion-dollar marquee-name syndications at Citibank; traded in bank debt. Established bank trading desk at BNP, NY prior to merger with Paribas; syndicated investment and non-investment grade loans at BNPParibas, NY.

Served in New York Air National Guard and in Air Force Reserves; Captain.

Acquired real estate education and experience as agent via formal training and self-generated successful listing and selling 

activity, working with sellers, buyers and investors. Performed CFO-type functions for Westchester developer, organizing properties, managing bank, legal relationships and debt, performed investment and credit analyses. 

Established own real estate brokerage in Connecticut, VERITAS PRIME REAL ESTATE; also licensed in New York and Florida.

Lived in Manhattan and on Long Island; now in Connecticut and in Miami. Married; four children plus dog and cat.

Also lived in Russia and Poland; fluent in both languages.
