I work closely with 1st time home buyers as well as the individual who is making their 1st trade-up. As well as 203K loans are definitely my niche. I am familiar with FHA, Conventional and 203K (full and streamline) guidelines. During the pre-qualificatin process I will make sure that the client is getting ready for submission be it 2 days away or 2 months. The time during this process is crucial for having a smooth transaction or a bumpy one.
