I represent buyers and sellers of real estate. For my sellers I use my marketing program that brings buyers, in any market, I work with bank owned properties, owner occupied, short sales and other forms of real estate transaction. For buyers, I consult on your and your families wants and needs. Together we build the home you want and from there I find the properties that fit. Most of my buyers only visit a few properties. I pride myself on getting to know my clients and previewing property before inflicting change on your busy day. This method can reducing the time spent looking for a new home by 70%.

I do not work like most agents, I do not get the results that most agents get. With the right representation the market only effects when a house sells not if it sells.
