Open House and Internet Marketing Is it worth it?

I held Two Open Houses this weekend for four hours each day at my listing 624 Sugar Maple, Mooresville, Indiana Real Estate for Sale. I had signs prominently posted out on the main rd on both sides of the main entrance. They were easy to see and were clearly marked. I had one buyer out of the 8 hours at my open house from the signs on the road. From the Internet I had 5 different buyers. Some with flyers in hand. I felt good because I new then that all the marketing I have been doing on the internet was working. Some from trulia some Zillow some said I don't know I just found you somewhere on the internet who knows maybe Active Rain.
