As a loan officer I work with buyers purchasing property- guiding them through the process of a home purchase from upon the acceptance of an offer to the documentation signing of the loan. I also work with people who wish to refinance their propertie; helping them simplify their debt scenario or assist them achieve financial goals such as sending their child to college through built up equity in their home.
