O‘ahu Single-Family Home Sales Rise as Condo Sales Slip in November Single-family and condo median pricing both ticked downward HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, Oʻahu’s housing market ended November 2025 with a mixed performance between property types. Single-family home sales increased 18.7% year-over-year to 241 transactions, while condominium sales declined 7.3%, falling from 341 to 316.
