O'ahu Single-Family Home Sales Jump 20.5% as Median Price Rises Sales above $1.3 million nearly doubled year-over-year, while one in three homes sold still closed under $1 million HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, More than 1,000 Oʻahu properties priced at $500,000 and below have sold during the first half of 2026.
