Oʻahu Single Family Home Sales Rise in May As Condos Take A Dip Sales prices are stable but affordability continues to be a challenge HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, O'ahu's housing market showed mixed results in May, with single-family home sales gaining momentum while condominium activity remained below last year's pace.
