Easy Beef-stuffed ShellsHere’s a rich and comforting dish that’s excellent to make ahead of time and bake the next day. Pesto makes a surprising filling for these stuffed shells with meat sauce!Ingredients:20 uncooked jumbo pasta shells1 lb ground beef1 large onion chopped1 carton (15 ounces ricotta cheese2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided½ c. grated Parmesan cheese¼ c. prepared pesto1 large egg1 jar (26 ounces) Spaghetti Sauce, dividedDirections:Cook pasta shells according to package directions to al dente; drain and rinse in cold water.
