New listings were also up compared with the same quarter one year ago -- up by 8 homes. Cureton home sellers received 98.51% of asking price on average. Average days on market were also markedly lower at 54 days -- 44 days lower than one year ago. While both average and median listing and sale prices of homes were lower in Quarter 1, 2020 compared with Quarter 1, 2019, this is less an indication of a dimunition in home values in Cureton versus the price mix of homes sold in the most recent quarter.
