Median sale price was $430,000. Average price per square foot was just under $136.  Homes took 45 days to sell on average, although just over half (12 homes) sold in under two week, with most of then in under 10 days. Sellers received 98.95% of list price showing how little negotiating leerage home buyers in Hunter Oaks have had this year-to-date.
