Average home prices increased 10% from one year ago. Home prices also increased from Quarter 2-2023. Although home sale prices were down compared with Quarter 2-2023, both average and median home sale prices increased from Quarter 3-2022. Given the wide range of home prices in Lawson, it's not unreasonable to assume that the quarter-over-quarter sale prices were affected by the price mix of homes sold in the Third Quarter. List to sale price ratio of 100.48% in Quarter 3-2023 was flat compared with the same quarter one year ago. Millbridge in Waxhaw, NCHome Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Millbridge home sales held their own in Quarter 3-2023 both year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. Compared with the Third Quarter 2022, average and median sale prices increased 11% and 7% respectively.  Quarter-over-quarter,  the list to sale price ratio declined by 1%, but it was just under 100%. Year-over-year the list to sale price ratio was flat. Days on market were 28 up 10 days from the second quarter. Compared with the Second Quarter 2022, average sale price was flat, while the median sale price declined by 3%. Quarter-over-quarter, average sale priced increased by $56,000. Median sale price increased by $38,000.Year-over-year,  the list to sale price ratio declined by 1%, but it was still just over 100%.
