  Latest news on the Waxhaw | Weddington | Marvin real estate markets in July 2021 and what it means for you...    The Waxhaw area of the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area (the 28173 zip code–encompassing the three towns of Waxhaw, Marvin and Weddington) continued to see tight inventory (dropping 66.3% year-over-year) in July 2021, accompanied by a drop in new listings of 18.0%, as well. This resulted in home prices increasing 38.1% year-over-year. (And that's after a 26.9% increase in June 2021.)  Average days on market saw a drop of 72,5%, decreasing 37 days to 14 days year-over-year. How Can I Get Mold,  Growing On My Windows?Have you ever heard the expression, where east meets west? Well, the answer to the question of how can I or you or anyone get Mold growing on their windows, is when heat meets cold or when cold meets heat.  Another way, this will create moisture on the windows, and this can create Mold issues on your window and you will need to Clean Up the Mold growing on your windows.  One way to clean up the Mold growing,  on your windows,  is to use white distilled vinegar with a small amount of liquid soap and wipe down the glass pane of the window as well as the siding of the window to remove and Mold growing and to help you with your Mold Removal.  After, you finish this, wash out your rag and get another clean rag with just vinegar and wipe down the sid...

New listings were  down compared with the same quarter one year ago -- down 2 homes to 15. It should be pointed out that 15 new listings in a community with over 500 homes, is no "real" inventory to speak of. Cureton home sellers received 103.9% of asking price on average. Average days on market were six days in Quarter 2, 2021, down 28 days from one year ago. Median days on market were just three. Home prices in Cureton can range from the $400,000's to the high  $800,000's.  Lawson Neighborhood in Waxhaw, NC: Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight2nd  Quarter 2021 28 homes sold in Lawson during the Second Quarter 2021, 13 more than in the same quarter one year ago. What contributed to this increase in Lawson home sales were 11 more listings for sale than in the same quarter one year ago.  Demand for Lawson homes was also reflected in the drop in average days on market, which were down 57 days to 17 days compared with the same quarter one year ago.
