Recently, I listed a home on 4030 N. Atlantic Blvd Fort Lauderdale, Florida. One of the deciding factors as to why the seller decided to choose me versus other Realtors is that I mentioned in the marketing plan that we would shoot extensive aerial footage of the home and the neighborhood in order to showcase his home.
