Living in Downtown Denver you have a multitude of choices. The distinction of a Denver loft is the exposed ductwork, 9+ foot ceilings, sometimes the ceilings are concrete, exposed brick walls, and very open floor plans. Some Lofts in Denver have partial walls for the bedroom(s). Some units feature ceiling to floor windows/doors allowing light to flood into the units. Most are ranch-type units, but there are townhomes available. Would you want a view of the mountains or of the City? Many buildings offer superb amenities such as fitness centers, indoor/outdoor pools, 24-hour security/doormen, spa services, and common areas for grilling/parties. Most buildings are secure and require a code to access the building. Parking is a premium downtown, and at times you ca...
This Saturday and Sunday, a staple of Colorado’s food scene comes around Denver for an all weekend food festival. That’s right the annual Taste of Colorado is back for everyone to enjoy, this Labor Day weekend in Downtown Denver’s Civic Center Park. Running 11:00am to 10:00pm each day, this free admission festival will provide anyone with an adventurous palette or big appetite the ability to have a wide range of different foods come into your scrutiny and taste adventure. In Denver property management, there are many festivals that come around your place of work each year. Some stay and some go, but some have staying power that requires no advertising. If you ask many of our clients and tenants who have lived here at least two years, everyone will know a Taste of Colorado by name, and w...
Every night in Denver there is something to behold, something to eat, something to explore and something to drink. Many events are recurring throughout the year at certain places. A good example is the Wild Women Winery in Downtown Denver. This winery has a nightly Bottle and Blending party from 6:00pm to 8:00pm until the beginning of next summer. In Denver property management we have many favorite spots around town that are only illuminated since we have worked areas. The Wild Women Winery is not new by any means. We often come to these places after they are well established. But they are worth checking out. The Blending & Bottling Party at Wild Women Winery in Downtown Denver is one of those unique Denver events that you should check out at least once in the ye...

We are ramping up the reporting on end of the year events this week as we get closer to Christmas. The next week should be dedicated to getting out the knowledge of all the New Year’s Eve and Christmas events still to come. We have plenty of things to do in each of our cities we manage in. Working in Denver property management has us on the ground in these communities and, so we have a uniquely tuned ear for these sorts of things. There are almost too many New Year’s Eve events to count in Denver, so we will report on some of the most unique and popular. These should be bound to be a good time. The Bootlegger’s New Year’s Eve Ball is happening in Denver’s brand-new Union Station. This has become a hot staple and fixture in Denver since it’s reimagining in the last...
