Maria, in general blog posts here are in English, and Spanish a distant 2nd.  
Unless it's easy to discern that the Portguese article is real estate related, it's high risk for being removed as possible spam.

As a site, we get frequent submissions in foreign languages that are obvious spam (casinos, escort services, etc.), so we tend to be a bit wary of foreign language submissions.

At least, make sure what you post in a different language is accurate.

Your post about Lisbon is wrong in many levels - wrong facts, ommited information, misspellings, bad grammar, etc.

Growing up, my mother spoke Portuguese along with English and my father spoke Spanish along with English. As I grew up, only English was spoken in our house.

So...I learned only English. My loss.

A long time ago when I asked about posting in another language, most comments were favorable, but several pointed to discrimination (?).

In general, as Member Support said, this is predominantly an english language site, which means your blogs will likely not have a lot of readers, although it does seem that some of the more active members do read Portuguese, so I could be wrong there.

Good Question. I supposed you can post in any language

I was born in a refugee camp.  I do speak a 2nd language fluently.

I remember helping my parents to learn to speak, read and write English.

This is America, I am American and  I advertise in English...I don't want to see ads in a language I don't speak...
