My first career was as a retail banker. I was a bank manager for years until my bank was taken over and I found myself ready for a career change. My background in retail banking with emphasis on customer service and loans was great preparation for my career in real estate, starting in 1997. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers of all types. First-time buyers, move up seller/buyers, retirees...whomever I work with gets the same level of attention and energy on their behalf. I have earned the following designations: CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), HAFA Certification, GRI (as a Graduate of the Realty Institute); SRES (as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist); ePRO (as a certified real estate Internet Professional); and PMN (as a graduate of the Women's Council of REALTORS Professional Management Network). I also hold Relocation Specialist designations from the Women's Council of REALTORS and Prudential Realty and a designatin as a Fine Homes Specialist from Prudential. I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of my local Bay East Associaiton of REALTORS and the California Association of REALTORS. I take my profession seriously and have devoted a great deal of extra effort in achieving a level of knowledge, experience, professionalism and leadership that small percentate of other REALTORS can claim.
