Not acceptable. First, your daughter needs to tell him to stop. If he calls after that then it is harrassment and she should call the police. You should also have your daughter call his broker if he does not stop.

Online stalking is creepy. Just wondering where he got her information from. I would take any innapropriate stranger contact with children seriously. 1st I would  protect her private information (phone #'s, emails, social media accounts, etc) & 2nd I would expose any member who's behaved innapropriately on here so everybody knows who to avoid. If she's underage I would consider contacting the authorities.

Whoa! I just read some of your comments to the responses of others.

The caller never talked to your daughter.  And your daughter advertised her name and telephone number. AND this real estate agent is simply following the protocol of tele-marketing every agent subcribes too...keep calling until to reach the person of interest.

Now it sounds as though in injected yourself into the situation when your daughters voice mail could have done the job. 

You assumed the role of the gate keeper. He was a trained real estate professional. You do not have a legitimate leg to stand on. This comes with the territory.

I doubt if I would stop trying to reach a homeowner when someone else answers the phone.

Now, we can take a moment of silence to contemplate what real estate agents do to the owners of an expired listing.
