Yes, in my own house soon after moving in.  Her name was Amy Pratt, and she was great at convincing guests who overstayed their welcome that it was time to move on.  Eventually, she moved on and I still miss her!  She was certainly a good ghost.

I am not that observant, if their was one there then I missed it.

No but once I had 'something' happen that scared the bejeebers out of me & my buyers. We were looking at a foreclosure & it wasn't bad but it was just creepy. We were all looking at the house standing in the foyer & all the closet doors in the foyer opened at the same time.

We freaked & left.

Never seen one, but I have heard of agents showing one of our listings which received "weird vibes."   We had had a violent murder/suicide in the home which the agent did not know.

I haven't. But I had an aunt who, upon looking into a specific mirror, would see a reflection of a little girl. She got rid of that mirror after a time.

Dang, I hate to admit it, because I don't believe in that stuff. But I did once strongly felt the presence of 'energy' with a strong message in this big old vacant dark house. To tell you the truth, I was not scared, and I told this energy I was not to be intimidated, but I knew what it was, and to this day I still know it, no doubt in my mind.

No, but definitely felt bad karma in a home, and found out later, there was domestic violence, and a pending divorce.

Perhaps, I had a REO, vacant 4 years, no power, pitch black basement. Snapping pictures in a circular pattern and would put together later for my appraisal. When i got back there was a silhouette in the basement where nothing was. It was empty... nothing to reflect off so who knows. I did find there was a murder in that home and never went back.

Yes! I lived in a rental home back in my early 20's that had two ghosts. The female ghost did not like me at all, but the male did.  I would only see them in the bedroom for some reason. She toyed with me for about a year and then I couldn't stand it anymore and left. She won!

I have felt it in my first home I bought. Did think much of it until others started bringing up the same feeling and 2 people out right told me they saw a little girl in the same hallway and they did not have any connection.

Nope, I'm very normal and nothing ''special'' crosses my world, only sometimes clients who magically disappear....:(

Oh boy...I have a story. I co listed a banked owned house. It was spooky from the beginning. Weird stuff...African art, a stage in the basement to spotlight body building. I was there before the house was trashed out. Prescription drugs everywhere. The guy was a coach for young body builders. He killed himself in the house. It gave me the creeps to enter the place. 

I couldn't secure the place. The doors kept slamming shut and opening. Even while I was there. A dead cat was found. After a month and the place was cleaned up...things settled down. 

I have another story, too. This involves a house where an unsolved murder happened. Another REO. Call me for details. 

No, Not yet, but there was one where I worked years ago, when I worked the midnight shift all alone in a radio dispatching center.  I never saw it, but it would walk down the halls and open and close doors.  It sometimes gave me chills when I heard it, since all the doors were locked and we had cameras at the entrances.

Never!  I don't know if my heart could take it if I did either!

I've never actually seen a ghost anywhere... or at least I don't think that I have.
