My videographer sells me a package of 5 videos for 500 bucks, one time charge - then we do a storyboard, he shoots and produces, then sends me the link for wherever. I don't know if that can be beat. As for Z . . . it is so inaccurate that no one in their right mind would pay it.

From my observation, many of us are not fans of Zillow on Active Rain. We would not recommend to any of our clients to put an ad on Zillow. Our clients already pay the average of $350 a month to keep their listing free of other agent's faces. And in my opinion that is outrageous considering the amount of time and work it takes to get a listing, A

I would like to see what the results are too. The video is so expensive on top of the zip code which is getting out of hand pretty quickly. I have had a good ROI from Zillow but drawing the line at what I spend.
