Good morning Paul. I was energized all last week and I'm even more energized this week.

I am very positive about the outlook for this week and this year.

December was so strong for me, that it's going into January. Plus several appointments were set then too for early this year. It's not something new I'm doing, it's a continuation.

I think it will be a good year.  Unfortunately, I didn't get a good night of sleep though.  Tonight should be better.

I have been getting all social links in order and tied together knowing how great 2016 is going to be

Actually with the arrival of frigid air after being in the 60's all December, i feel more sluggish today than the end of last month. However a full day ahead, a listing and a few showings will wipe the initial shock of the cold away and i will carry on with all the excitement i bring to every day

Power surge?  Come on Paul, you know I only operate on one speed...  At my age a power surge could be fatal... LOL

I'm excited for a more defined and streamlined 2016, but I've been sick since Christmas.  Give it a few more days and I'll be fired up!

Yes, and worked on a great plan the last couple of weeks of December.  Already wrote my first offer for the year and was accepted.
