No preferred season or weather. I'm happy to show and sell whenever I hae the opportunity to do so... just came off of two long days of showing in the rain. (I'm not that sweet that I would melt.)

Whenever someone wants to see the property.

Mark - Fortunately we have excellent weather pretty much year-round here. Of course it can get a little warm in the summer, but most homes will have their a/c running.

My philosophy is that regardless of market conditions or timne of the year there is always a market and someone is buying and selling.

I show homes.  It is my job. The weather doesn't matter.  Except for a tornado on the ground...

My answer would be when the clients want to see it.  I remember showing a nearly completed building in pouring rain with mud all over.  The person liked the space and we made a deal...A

It does not matter, if I have a buyer or seller it is a blessing.  Usually if the snow is knee deep, most buyers do not want to view homes.

Any season is a good season for me 

Albuquerque offers great weather for real estate year around.

I don't worry about the weather - although when it snows alot it makes getting clients out and about difficult. 

I prefer summer, because that is when all the students are looking for housing for the next year.

I don't like showing homes in the rain or snow only because I don't like the wetness getting tracked into the homes and my car. 

I am not fond of Winter, trudging through the snow and the bitter cold temps and wind.  I do like all the other sesons.

Other than bitter cold I'm good with showing property. And when it ices or snows we just close our office.  No snow plows in the south, and it only lasts a couple of days and it melts.

I do not enjoy showing houses in snow and mud. It gets all over my vehicle and makes a mess. Any other time of the year is just fine even in the blazing hot summer.

I love showing homes any time, however i have loved September now that the humidity has left and it is still fairly warm. 

Any weather is good weather to show a motivated (i.e. will write today) buyer.  However, when it gets excessively hot (above 85/90)  or rains, open houses die out here.

It doesn't matter to me.  I'm happy to show and sell anytime.

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint I surely can show more homes in Summer - and do not like to go out in snow to show homes. Though it is always what my clients want.

After all we are supposed to be in Service Industry!

In Minnesota, you need to be rready for any kind of weather.

Mark- while I don't show homes, I'd still say any weather as long as it's ok with my clients. 

Spring and fall are the easiest months temperature wise. Right now, it's 90 and humid in San Diego, so am glad am not showing homes this weekend.

We work with what we have.
