| Susan helped us find our dream home and helped us place a tenant in our condo. We had a certain timeframe to get a tenant place before our new home would be finished. Susan exceeded our expectations. She found us the perfect tenants for the rent we wanted. She remained in close contact throughout the entire process and was very accommodating. | i contacted Susan regarding a certain property I wanted to see, due to us having a dog, Susan advised this property would probably not be the best fit for us. I asked if she had any other listings that she thought we may be interested in. She asked what we were looking for (location, sq ft, rooms etc) i provided our detailed list and within 30 minutes susan provided 16 listings for us and out of that 16 there were 12 that fit our needs perfectly and we wanted to see... within 3 days Susan set appointments for our top 5 and we spent half the day that Saturday looking at houses. She knew about the schools, electric bills, where all of the listings were located, traffic, and available amenitites in the area. Thank you Susan for listening to our needs and finding our new home!!! We look forward to working with you in the future! |
