Barbara Jasinski - Principle

Barbara is widely recognized for out-of-the-box thinking and her award-winning talents in marketing, advertising and promotions. As a lifetime Connecticut resident and the mother of a twenty-three year old son, her knowledge of the market and schools is exceptional. Barbara leverages her corporate background with companies including Estee Lauder, Unilever and Chesebrough-Ponds to provide true professional service. She served as Vice President Promotional Marketing and Retail Development for the Aramis/Designer Fragrance business, Vice President Marketing and Global Product Development for Tommy Hilfiger fragrances where she oversaw the design, building and merchandising of 500 Tommy Shops, a corporate trainer in sales and negotiations, and various other senior marketing and management roles. Barbara was recognized by Advertising Age magazine as one of the Top 100 Marketing Executives. Barbara, an award winning member of the Platinum Partnership of distinguished New England Realtors, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut where she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Her son, Christopher was born and raised in Wilton, recently graduated from Wesleyan University, was President of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and captain of the lacrosse team. Barbara is a Certified Relocation Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for her knowledge and advice in helping those 55 and over achieve their real estate and lifestyle goals.  A Connecticut resident for more than 40 years, Barbara is extremely knowledgeable about Fairfield County and its towns. As Development Chairman for the Wilton Education Foundation, she has been actively involved in raising funds to provide programs and technologies to enhance education in Wilton. Barbara is currently a board member of the Wilton Youth Council.

John Karlson - Principle

John is an exceptional sales and marketing talent known for his initiative, drive delivery of results that consistently earns not only the respect of clients, but their friendship. He was one of the first recipients of the prestigious "Heroes of Connecticut" award sponsored by the American Red Cross and presented by the Governor of Connecticut for his service to the community. He's the Powahay District Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America and has earned the Silver Beaver designation, the highest award presented by the Connecticut Yankee Council. John's success in real estate follows his accomplished career as a senior sales and marketing executive in the printing industry with companies including Brookshore Lithographers, Quebecor World, Bradley Printing and Segerdahl Corporation. John, an award winning member of the Platinum Partnership of distinguished New England Realtors, attended Loyola University in Chicago. He and his wife Joanne are 25-year residents of Wilton and the parents of two Eagle Scouts and Wilton High School graduates, Eric and Mark. John has earned the Professional Standards Certified Specialist Program designation and serves on the Connecticut Association of Realtors' Professional Standards Committee. He is actively involved with the Knights of Columbus, the Boy Scouts of America and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
