Providing property maintenance and management in the Cape May County area since 2001, Professional Property Services, Inc. is here to meet the growing needs of property owners and associations alike.  Barry Bruno founded the company after years of having to travel from West Chester, PA to check on his home in Cape May.    A resident of the area for almost a decade, Barry has a strong team of property managers behind him who have built a reputation of fast, professional and reliable service.  His personal commitment to the company and hands- on approach to problem solving provides peace of mind for his customers.

PPS has a team of property managers who are responsible for inspections, emergency calls, vendor entry, repairs, renovations and a myriad of additional tasks.  Many of our managers have been with us since day one and know the ins and outs of each of our properties.

Our office is manned by Heather Saul, who works with our team to provide prompt service.  She handles the financial management for our associations, coordinates projects, and provides our customers with property updates.

Professional Property Services, Inc. makes owning a second home less stressful.  We are here to provide weekly inspections, repairs, renovations, installations - we can handle it all at rates that won't break the bank.

PPS is here to meet the needs of condominium associations.  We provide both financial and/ or site management.    Association member enjoy taking advantage of paying their condo dues with their credit cards.  We pride ourselves in strong relationships with the associations who we serve and our constant communication - keeping everyone in the know.
