I received the 2012 Top Listing Award at KW Dallas Metro North and received the Star Local media Readers Choice Award for "Best Agent". I was nominated for Best of Denton Real Estate Listing Agent and I am happy to report I made the top three. We are waiting on the results. Win or not, I am so so honored to have been nominated.
My expertise is selling listings in record time for maximum dollar. In 2011 my average days on market (dom) was 30 with an average sales price of 97% over original list price. In 2012 I acheived 26 average DOM with an average of 96% sales price of original list price. YTD April 2013 my average DOM is 7.5 with 97% of original list price. It should also be noted that in 2011 and 2012 short sales are included in my statistics which take a significant longer time to close.
