Taken course for Landscaping at Longwood Gardens, being a Master Gardner which the knowledge allows me to evaluate a property that I list to help guide the seller to better Curb Appeal.  With buyers, I help them understand the potential that some properties have that they can not see.

I have worked with an Interior Design Co which allows me to see potential in homes, either just by painting, to possible renovations to create a better space or value.

I am a strong believer in keeping informed of all the changes that are happening in the  world of Real Estate, and if an issue comes up I am not familiar with I know where I can get the answers to those questions.
