John and Jessica have nine years of experience. They are both licensed Real Estate Brokers in the state of North Carolina and Georgia. They own and operate Poltrock Properties, Inc. (a licensed real estate firm) within RE/MAX Mountain Properties. Jessica has her ABR, which is Accredited Buyer Representative designation. It means she has the education and experience and know-how to help buyers through a transaction. They both graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Administration focused in Financial Planning. John is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS Designee). Jessica is also striving to earn her CRS designation, which is essentially the Ph.D. for Realtors. John is an Eagle Scout. John reads the Wall Street Journal and just about every real estate related article he can get his hands on to stay on top of the real estate and financial markets. Jessica is very in-tune with houses on the market and their history on the market. They are both members of the National Association of Realtors. They belong to both the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors (serving North Carolina) and the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors. Jessica is a Diamond Club member of the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors. John is a member of the Million Dollar Club of the Mountain Lakes Board of Realtors.  They are both members of Little Brasstown Baptist Church and very active in the community. They have a beautiful six year old daughter named Kaitlyn Irene, who is seven years old. They donate a portion of every sale they make to Children's Miracle Network.
