| Fate introduced us to Dave Thomas. Dave was the Listing Agent for the condo next to the one where we were vacationing and, as we were returning from the beach, we learned of the listing. Dave was very helpful, informative and kept the process moving along as we are from out of state. He assisted with the Homeowner's Association documentation process which included picking up documents from the Board on our behalf. Dave goes the extra mile to make it happen. | I searched for houses with Dave for the last year. Its a tough market in south Florida when on a budget. We looked at many houses and put in several offers. He was always there for me, even on short notice. You can tell he really loves his job, and the needs of his clients are number one. If you want an agent that will go the extra mile for you I recommend Dave Thomas. Very important --->>> Dave is not about turning a quick buck at the cost of his client. He does everything he can to help you make sure it is the right house for you. Dave is very experienced in the market of south Florida. His past experience as a home inspector, foreclosure and REO specialist, and real estate agent were a great asset for helpful advice that saved me lots of $$$$'s, lots of heart ache, and wasted time. He was also able to make things work when they seemed impossible. My real estate search with Dave Thomas was fun and exciting, and sometimes difficult. | As a buyer and seller of several homes, I have never had an agent that worked so closely with me. He was always available to answer all questions I had, no matter how insignificant. He called me at least once a week with updates. My house was sold in less then three weeks due to his salesmanship and efforts. He was also a great negotiator, knowledgeable of all the Florida laws and a true gentleman. I would absolutely recommend David to be your next agent whether you are selling or buying. |

| Hi Dave, I had to write you a letter to let you know how I felt about the large burden you helped lift from my shoulders. When I met you the first time, I thought my family and I had very few options left. I hurt my self on the job, lost a large portion of my business and then a key employee. We were facing foreclosure and thought I would never have the credit to purchase another home. You showed me how I may be able to avoid foreclosure with a short sale and made no unreasonable promises. How I could help save my credit. I new there were no guarantees but, after speaking with you I felt that I knew enough to give it try. Not long after that we received multiple offers. You took a winning offer to the bank. Your strategies worked. You were able to convince the lender that it was in their best interest to accept the offer.
