Experience
Prior to launching her real estate career, Theresa served in a variety of executive roles with Unilever including Vice President of Finance for a $1.2B division and General Manager of their $160MM Household Care business, plus she held various senior roles in strategy, IT and Business Development for PepsiCo. A mother of two young chidren, Theresa has a vast knowledge of the early learning educational and activity programs within the community.
Accomplishments and Awards
An award winning Realtor and Exceptional Properties Specialist, Theresa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachussets Institue of Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management. She is an accredited relocation specialist, a certified Cendant Mobility relocation professional and an "e-Pro", adept in the application of computer and internet technology. She has also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for her exceptional knowledge and abilities in helping clients 55 and over achieve their real estate and lifestyle goals. Theresa is a member of the National, Connecticut and Greater Fairfield County Associations of Realtors.
Theresa is an expert in strategy, marketing and negotiations for the sale of high value homes in Wilton, Westport, Weston, Ridgefield and Redding, CT. Her results show that she is uniquely effective at selling homes in a shorter time and with less concession versus asking price than other Realtors in their area. Theresa is equally effective at negotiating purchases at the best possible terms for her buyer clients.
While Theresa directly specializes in the Wilton, Westport, Weston, Ridgefield and Redding markets, she has an active and growing segment of her real estate practice in helping people in areas outside lower Fairfield County. Theresa is able to help clients moving from Fairfield County to find a home out of this area or to acquire a 2nd home/vacation property, and she can also help clients who live somewhere else in the country now and want to make a move within that town or elsewhere in the U.S. Theresa does that via a network of associates all across the states who operate as extensions of her local team to provide the same great service to friends and clients wherever they may choose to be selling or buying a home.
