Recently, I was talking with one of my buyers, and although it is no secret that there are adjustments taking place in our market and everywhere else, she thought it was just the wrong time to purchase a home. The amazing thing is I really value the inner strength and decipline that this individual has. I asked her why she was fearful and she made mention of everything from the media, to know it alls on TV. My response? When have you ever seen rates this good?
