I sure miss my dog but it doesn't take much to get a grin on my face with some of the precarious things he and I would do. Recently I drove by a dogpark and it got me to thinking and I could not help but laugh and laugh about what a sap I could be at times. It must have been about 2007 in summer and it was hot. Lars and Tom Braatz  went to a dog park in Waukesha County and from watching movies and television shows I heard and seen so much about the comradely between men sitting on benches and woman coming up to them and striking up conversations. "Heck, I'm up for that" I said to myself. Wisconsin has numerous dog parks. When I lived in Ozaukee County there was a dog park called mutland meadows. Buying and selling Real Estate in Waukesha County Wisconsin  and being one of the Waukesha County Real Estate agents working in Waukesha County Real Estate has evolved to be a lot more avenues and responsibilities than it did in 1985. When I started in this Industry it was pretty simple. You had a desk phone, a phone book, and every two weeks you received a copy of your MLS books, which had every listing in the surrounding 7 counties. One would rip out sections of the MLS books and give them to their potential buyers. You pretty much sat at your desk and you cold called and worked on whatever you thought would generate a lead. It has been an interesting month this last month. Outside of dealing with basic personal issues I was reflecting this Monday of the last couple weeks and when I was looking out on the lake and seeing the ice shanties it just confirms there is still a lot of snow and it is still cold as can be. The good news is every day that goes by it just gets that much closer to Spring. Winter is beautiful in Wisconsin, but Spring, Summer, and Fall are nothing short of spectacular in this beautiful area known as Waukesha County Real Estate.
