  My ex-husband, the developer, had a way of getting his business associates and clients to perform.  He used humor to brighten up the day and get the desired results.     Being witty is not one my strong suites.  I can do it if you give me some time to think about it, but in real life, you have to perform on the spot.  I've been conscious of this trait that I desire and somehow, just lately, I am witty and humorous on occasion and it really helps.    It diffuses an otherwise tense situation.  It makes the work environment more fun and it garners better contributions from agents and clients.     Why not cultivate your fun, witty side?  If you are aware of this and work on it, I bet you'll be better at it by this time next year.     What are your thought on this?       Myrtle Beach Real... 11/26/2008

One of my favorite places to go golfing in Myrtle Beach is Tupelo Bay Golf Course.  It has a lighted Driving Range as well as an 18 hole Par 3 Course and a fully lit Executive Course.  Average distance on the Executive Course is 120 yds.  However, a few of the holes are just over 300 yards. I re-listed a condo today.  The Seller agreed to drop the price yet one more time - to $ 139,900 (from the original price of $ 229,900!!!)   As he was signing the listing agreement, the Seller mused: "I should have accepted that offer of $ 175,000!"  Yes, Mr. Seller you should have accepted $ 175,000!  Too late now...  Hind sight is 20/20...  Could I have done more to impress upon him how good that $ 175,000 offer was?   I bring figures.  I bring stats.  I try to paint the most accurate picture.  Still, some people just don't listen...
