Carolina Spaces, LLC works within your budget and your timeframe to do as little or as much as you desire. My goal is your goal: To prepare the inside and outside of your property to get you the most attention and sell for the most amount of money IN THE SHORTEST TIME.  I work with property owners, REALTORS®, builders and investors to provide consultations and quotes. I specialize in staging vacant and showcase homes, and lived-in staging. I have a team of tradesmen and women who work with me to provide services from cleaning, organizing, packing, painting and landscaping to renovations and historical restoration. My movers can haul and arrange for storage of excess items. Also offering residential, commercial and event decor staging. I use my own NEW furnishings.  I do not use generic rental company furniture like most stagers.  I do not use thrift store, flea market or used furniture like most stagers.

MODEL HOME MERCHANDISING

I am an award winning model home merchandiser having won best Model Home in both NC and SC. I assist with paint colors and pre construction material selections for new construction.  I can merchandise by the square foot or merchandise with my NEW highend furnishings on a lease basis.
