O‘ahu Single-Family Home Sales Rise as Condo Sales Slip in November Single-family and condo median pricing both ticked downward HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, Oʻahu’s housing market ended November 2025 with a mixed performance between property types. Single-family home sales increased 18.7% year-over-year to 241 transactions, while condominium sales declined 7.3%, falling from 341 to 316. O‘ahu Single-Family Home Sales Heat Up in July Single-family home sales rose 20.1%, while condo sales declined 7.8% year-over-year   HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, July saw year-over-year single-family home sales jump by 20.1%, from 224 to 269, while condo sales declined 7.8%, with 389 sales compared to 422 in July 2023. O‘ahu Home Sales Maintain Stable Trend Through First Half of 2024 Single-family home sales rose 6.7% in the first half of 2024, while condo sales fell by 5.8% HONOLULU – According to resale figures released this week by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, June saw a modest increase in single-family home sales, up by 4% year-over-year, totaling 258 transactions. However, June condo sales experienced the largest year-over-year decline this year, dropping 24.5% from last year, with 355 units sold.
