                                We recently listed this house in the Kapahulu neighborhood of Honolulu.  The address is 3330 Wauke (pronounced walk-kay) Street.  Kapahulu is very popular, with a high density of single family homes and some apartment buildings.  Kapahulu is sandwiched in between Kaimuki, Diamond Head and Kahala. Wauke Street is in a quieter section of Kapahulu, on the slopes of Diamond Head.  This home was built in 1948 and owned by the same family for about 50 years.  It was sold in early 2012.  The new owners renovated it to be their permanent home.  Family circumstances changed and the owners have decided to sell the home.
