Mystery revealed! I have been noticing very flowery, well-written property descriptions on my MLS, unlike those in the past. I thought agents were hiring ghost writers, but now I see it's probably ChatGPT. Sounds like a handy tool, but some of the write-ups need to be better edited and toned down, they are a bit overdone. For blog posts, if ChatGPT writes them, aren't they all going to sound the same after a while?

I am well aware of the tool.  Not using it in my real estate practice. At least not yet. Need more time to play around with it.

I haven't used it for real estate, but have used it for other things.
Amazing tool, especially when you use the right commands.

Great if you have writers block or need ideas for a blog post.

It's a good idea to edit the text, so it does not look machine generated, plus you don't want Google and other SEs to sniff out it's AI - it's against their rules.

Play around with it, you'll be amazed what it can do.

I haven't seen anything get so popular overnight like this in a long time.

It is so intriguing, Andy! We discussed this at our company update earlier in the month. Our broker and the corporate office are all over this!

My biggest concern is in regards to education and term papers, thesis papers, etc. But, I am excited to see where this takes us in our industry.
