No matter who you choose, be SURE you check references, including any websites they have built, how they are performing and their reviews/ratings onlne. 

Check their MOZ ranking - that speaks volumes when they say they can get you ranked, etc. If their site doesn't rank/perform well, move on!

I bet you will get a lot of suggestions from people who can help you! Just make sure you check out their website and Facebook/social media sites and see if THEY have quality sites.

I hear you!  I do my own SEO.  There are a couple people here who do SEO for hire and I'm sure they'll chime in.  Other than that, there are a lot of SEO companies out there and the quality varies considerably.

Like Debe Maxwell, CRS mentioned, get references and check the real estate websites they did/do SEO for and are ranking. Call the agents for verification.

Maintaining a website and a facebook profile are two totally different things. For facebook you might consider Back at You Media.

There are a lot of good people here in the Rain that can help you out Jeff McClintock . I'm now retired but if I were to become active again I would totally skip having a paid for website. In my new career I have a free Google business site and it's brought me amazing results that I never saw with the very expensive sites II had as a RE Broker/Owner. Check out my free site that has brought me more business than sites that cost me as much as $200.00 a month.

How about using Hootsuite or Friends+Me to schedule things?

Check your spam folder and those calls you do not answer. A majority of those are ppl trying to sell agents the very thing you want.

Be aware, the peace and tranquility you seek will not materialize by paying and delegating this CRUCIAL part of your business to a hired gun. Agents, brokers and all the words spewing from the lips and fingers of agents reveal the thought that all real estate is local.  You know your market, not the FB expert you intend to hire.

iHOuse, Paradym, KCM are all companies who appear to offer solutions. Take care before handing this crucial part of your business to a contractor.

It would be helpful if you are able to communicate how you want your SM, Website and grass roots marketing to culminate in a cohesive business generating system. Failure at this point means you are buying what they are selling INSTEAD of hiring someone to bring your vision to life.

No reason you can not do both. You should be able maintain your FB with minimal time. Your web site could be another story. When over welmed, let a professional in the web biz take care of the site while you take care of the fish

Recruit an under age 30 agent to partner with on leads generated. Train them to be a Buyer Agent for you

I used Outbound Engine for a time, as scheduled content goes it was good, customer service was very good, provided landing page, chat functions, etc. Stepped away to focus on referral driven business, decided I was not interested in impersonal content. I would rather be more involved in what I post. That being said, it is a huge time suck and I may be rethinking that, LOL. So many sources for content anymore, hard to pay for anything other than the legwork.

You can post an ad on Upwork and get dozens of applicants for this type of work. You can find great people on there, I've used it several times. You can review an applicant's portfolio and ratings from past clients. Good luck!
