I am efficient all day long. I prefer mornings as I'm a morning person, but that doesn't stop me from being efficient later in the day.

I am at anytime I have to be.  We work back East, and sometimes we are at 4:00AM to talk, and when we were working in Hawaii, we had to work later especially with the 3 hour difference...soon to be two...and then there is Europe!

Defintely morning. It's when I catch up on anything pending from the day before...

It depends, some morning I head out for an early surf, then again if I have a full plate of work I am up early working.

I think I am about as efficient every moment I'm awake, as long as there are no external factors like the saw that's going infront of my office because I'm getting new flooring.

I am an early bird and get a lot done in the early hours.

Depends on what the day's plans require. Mornings are for emails, marketing and posting/blogging. If I have clients, then I am prepared and ready to start early in the day for as long as necessary. If it a day off, then more lax.

Morning determines what will be accomplished later.

Too often things 'end' the way the begin.

Knowing that things rarely finish better than they started, efficiency in the morning pays big dividends in the afternoon efficiency.

It's always 'get an early start' for me to get the most out of the day.

Is this a trick question? I'm great at 6:00 am. At 4:00 pm, I'm done. Do I work into the evenings often? Of course. But give me mornings anytime 

I can get more done in the morning before 9am, the hone isnt ringing, no one is stopping by yet and i can set my day up for success without interuption. Most days are hectic in afternoon and evenings bring a respite of catching up for the day and getting everything done that needs to be done as the phone slows again,

Morning with most things. However, for some odd reason I occasionally get on a cleaning streak at night. 

Prefer the morning to get big projects done, but have been known to go late into the evening when necessary.

There is no doubt in my mind that I am worlds more efficient in the mornings compared to afternoons. I'm typically out of bed around 4:30 am and by 5:30 have usually already started working for the day!

I am for sure a morning person...the earlier the better.

Late evening for me. I was always a night person- and most of my client activity is after work anyway. It's also a function of the city that never sleeps.

Morning.  When I was in my corporate job, I got more accomplished before 12 noon than most of my colleagues did all day.  That same discipline carried over into my real estate career.
