I would mail them out by the end of October. Many people like to do calendar planning for the coming year in November. 

I get one every year from a realtor in Hawaii. I look forward to it each year. I print out calendars too. I love to use paper calendars for homeschool, my company, my goals, especially quarterly goals. 

There is evidence that writing your goals with a pen on paper helps you to reach them more than if you type them out. In fact, a lot of evidence.

If I were doing calendars.. I would be sending them now. And I would give them out when meeting new buyers, sellers and doing general networking. Those that still use them will appreciate having them ahead of the holiday season. Good luck with your marketing. Please share your success stories.

At the very least, a week and a half before 2019.  The USPS will be innundated with letters and packages most of December and I don't trust they'll keep the normal 2-3 day delivery during that period.  You'd also want to factor in for any inclimate weather delays you may get in your area.

 

USPS:  "Neither rain nor sleet nor dead of night... but if you have a trash can too close to your mailbox, NO MAIL FOR YOU!"

I would send out the 2019 calender in Feb 2020.

Everyone who receives one will call to alert you. Now you have a warm call.

But don't stop there, include a note about special invitations you have arranged for your community that relates to the calendar. 

For example the note may suggest Evo bikes will let anyone with the calendar coupon ride a new electric FREE for 4 hours on the selected day.
