I would suggest changing browsers. I added something earlier and didn't have that issue. I was using Chrome at the time.

You're absolutely right about getting assistance from Pinterest ... they are SLOWWWWW .. to say the least, IF you get a reply at all.  At least that's been my experience the few times I've contacted them.  Their "community" help and answers don't help much either.  I'd say give it a day or two and try again.  Sometimes that helps.  Unsure why ...
